Clipboard history for Windows
Every clip,
one click away.
Clip and Paste docks to the edge of your screen and quietly remembers what you copy: text, pictures and files. Your windows make room for it, so it never covers your work. Click a clip and it's pasted right where you were typing.
See it work
Copy it.
Click it.
Fill it in.
- Copy as usual with Ctrl+C.
- It appears at the top of the toolbar docked at the edge of your screen.
- Click a template and answer its questions.
- It's pasted with every blank filled in, right where you were typing.
Recent clips
Copied it once?
It's still here.
Your last ten copies stay one click away, each with its own animal so you can spot it at a glance. Pictures show a thumbnail, files show their icon, and copying something again simply moves it to the front.
Passwords copied from password managers that ask not to be recorded are skipped.
Pinned icons
Pin the things
you paste every day.
Pin up to twenty clips: your signature, your address, a favorite snippet. Pins never expire and are still there after a restart. Give them a name that shows when you hover, edit their text, or swap the animal for your own picture.
Drag icons to arrange them, or drag a recent clip into Pinned to keep it. “+ New text” makes a pin from text you type yourself.
Fill-in templates
Fill in the blanks,
then paste.
Put ${name} anywhere in text you pin. Each time you click it, Clip and Paste asks for the values, replaces every blank with your answer and pastes the finished text.
- Define once. When you save the text, a short wizard asks what each blank is: free text, a number, one choice or several.
- Asked once. Use the same
${name}twice and you answer once. Several choices are joined with commas. - Remembered. Your last answers are filled in next time.
- Commands too:
ssh ${user}@${host}. Need a literal${? Write$${.
